POWER Community Program
Community Book Read: iGen by Jean M. Twenge, Ph.D.

The use of cell phones: how can parents adapt, and how do we deal with the use of cellphones in schools and working with youth? Can we harness the positive trends while mitigating the negative?

Ashland parents are invited to participate in a Community Book Read and Discussion at the Ashland Public Library. Parents will join staff from Ashland Public Schools for a discussion of the book, “iGen: Why Today’s Super-Connected Kids Are Growing Up Less Rebellious, More Tolerant, Less Happy—and Completely Unprepared for Adulthood—and What That Means for the Rest of Us” by Jean Twenge.
